Appointments can be made on the telephone or by calling at the reception desk. One person for one appointment. If one or more members of the same family need to see the doctor, please make separate appointments. The surgery offers appointments within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Urgent cases will be seen during surgery hours, although you may not be able to see the doctor of your choice.
You are able to make appointments on the day and if registered for online access you can book appointments from 8pm the night before you require your appointment. There are however a limited number of advanced bookings as they are subject to availability.

Medical examinations for specific purposes, such as life assurance, pre-employment, elderly drivers, fitness to undertake various sports, fitness to travel etc, are undertaken at the surgery, outside normal NHS clinics. Please say you wish to make “an appointment for a medical” and you will be put through to the correct department. A fee is payable for all non-NHS examinations. You will be advised of these charges on request.
Private Healthcare Forms, Passport Forms, etc
A charge will be made for the doctor’s completion of these forms in accordance with BMA guidelines. A list of these charges is available in the surgery. You may leave the form and collect it 3-4 days later.
